Hanna Madbak is a legal professional with over two decades of experience advising senior executives on a broad spectrum of legal issues.

As a former engineer, Hanna’s legal practice is at the intersection of law and technology.

Having practiced at AMLaw100 firms and in-house as a General Counsel, Hanna volunteers his time as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ACT for Lebanon.

It also provides emergency disaster assistance in support of humanitarian needs in Lebanon. To achieve our mission, we connect donors in the United States to non-profit charitable organizations in Lebanon.
